I was never notified that I had gotten a question :( I am so sorry to whoever asked this and I promise I will get better at watching for them! As far as my weight I have always been naturally thin. I’ve never personally focused on losing weight but rather toning up and creating a leaner and tighter appearance (vain I know) Now another factor is my diet because I do have a gluten intolerance and therefore live off of fruits and vegetables and have to stay away from most sweets and junk foods. You can always make that your diet without an excuse or reason like mine. I try to workout between 5 and 6 days a week. I do work a full time job that has me on my feet and moving all day long!
